Holiday Reading Challenge Week 2 Day 3 Activity 1

Today I did the first activity for the third day of the second week, for it I had to say what I do if I'm stressed.

When I'm stressed I either play a computer game or read a book, I do those because I like to do them and if I beat the game or I find a really good book and start to read it I feel a lot better.

    Thanks for sharing your tips for dealing with stress. I often play a computer game or read a book when I am stressed as well. They both help to take your mind off of things. As well as these, I like to go for a run, listen to music or play sport. They always make me feel better.

    So what is it that makes you stressed?

    I've done this activity too. I really like your ideas. I also like this too but I never wrote it down. Next time you should add a photo of you reading a book. Do you like playing on a computer everyday?
