Sleep Related Words

This week for reading our task was to create a DLO on nine sleep related words, my group used links to make it easy to back and forth between the words. We all had tasks and mine was to write the definition in my own words after reading one online. I also wrote some of the sentences and fixed up others.

Career Quest

This week we've been learning about careers, we first needed to choose which one we'd want to be when we grow up and after that we needed to go onto a website called CareerQuest. On the website there's a quiz to see what you like and dislike and when you complete it a list of jobs shows up. After I'd completed it the top three jobs on the list were financial dealer, advertising specialist and a judge. The job I'd like to do the most out of the three is the last one. The qualifications for a judge are to have studied law for 3-4 years and then been a lawyer for at least 7 years. The average salary for it is between $334K and $490K.

M&M Research

Last week in our groups the task was to first research and then write down about M&Ms, one thing that we wrote about was the highlighted history of M&Ms. Along the way my group (Ofa, Avalon, Carl, Joshua W and I) learnt about what the acronym for M&M was, what happened to one of the founders, where the founders received their inspiration from and why they removed the red M&Ms for a decade. Along with adding in videos Ofa and I also made GIFs, mine being the one on the second slide and Ofa's the one on the sixth.
