For this activity I had to choose what type of transportation I would take.
I would choose the bus ride because it has 2 stops which is enough because it's better than none but also better than unlimited, it has a 45 minute ride which is not too long but not too short.
Hey Alex
ReplyDeleteI chose the scooter because it has a unlimited about of stops (Unlike the bus and the train) and it is faster than the bike. Great job.

Hi Alex, I can definitely see the advantages of choosing the bus ride. In England, you may even be able to hop on a double-decker bus and ride around the city. That would be pretty cool! I can still remember what it was like to sit on the top deck of a red, double-decker bus when I visited the city in 2000 and again when I lived there in 2006. It was pretty incredible. I have seen a few double-decker buses driving around Auckland recently, too. I wonder if we will have a few more of the large buses added to the local fleet...
ReplyDeleteHave you ever ridden a double-decker bus, Alex?
Bye for now,
Rachel :)
Hi Alex,
ReplyDeleteI think taking public transit, like buses, is a great idea! If we share rides in buses we use less gas and we pollute less than if we all drive our cars separately. Good choice!
Do you ride on buses in Auckland very often? I live in a small town and so we don't have buses here. I walk around town, most often, and in the spring, summer and fall I can ride my bike. When I have bigger errands to do I have to drive into Ottawa which is our capital city, in Canada, and is just a half hour away. Hopefully one day we'll have buses coming to our town so that we can reduce the number of cars on our roads.
Good work on your blogging!
