Today in HIIT Learning Space 2 were doing upper body focused circuits, the three rotations that we had were mountain climbers, pull ups and push ups. As a warm up we needed to get into partners and then try to tap our partner on the shoulders, the next warm up was the same but instead of their shoulders, we needed to tap their knees. After that we needed to get into partners again and do the three rotations. At the end the whole class needed to squat up and down to the song flowers by Moby. Only 13 people managed to do the whole song.
